Mr. Roché, who has been practicing law for over 15 years, is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law where he served as Associate Editor of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal, a universally respected legal publication which focuses on the field of Labor and Employment Law.
Upon graduation, Mr. Roché worked as an associate with the boutique Labor and Employment law firm, Alan B. Pearl & Associates, P.C. (which now retains our firm’s services for various legal matters), where he represented several large corporations defending employment law claims brought against them. His next position was as an associate with Bee, Eisman & Ready, where he represented several public sector clients, including the County of Nassau.
After working at both Certilman, Balin, Adler & Hyman and at Rivkin Radler, LLP (two of the largest law firms on Long Island), Mr. Roché started his own practice wherein he takes pride in representing both employees and employers in labor and employment matters; homeowners and prospective home buyers in real estate transactions; defendants in various criminal matters; landlords and tenants; musicians and music publishers; and business clients.
Mr. Roché has been a member of the Labor and Employment law section of the Nassau County Bar Association and has donated many hours representing homeowners pro bono in foreclosure proceedings through the Nassau County Bar Association.
