Assad A. Bhatti, Esq.

Mr. Assad Bhatti attended the State University of Stony Brook where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management. He continued his education by attending the graduate program at SUNY Stony Brook, where he received his Master’s degrees in Professional Studies and Human Resource Management.

His law career started at the City University of New York, Queens College. In addition to all substantive areas of the law, his concentrations included Labor and Employment law and Mediation. While attending CUNY Law School, he was a teaching assistant and also served as president for a number of student organizations.

He graduated from CUNY Law School with a Juris Doctorate and was admitted to practice as an attorney in the State of New York shortly thereafter. Mr. Bhatti is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court. He has worked with the Queens County Civil Court Mediation Program and other community based mediation programs in the past.

Mr. Bhatti has been a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Associations. In the past, he also volunteered his time by serving on the Board of Directors for a number of non-profit corporations and continues to participate in of volunteer events and services organized by the Nassau County Bar Association. His office is also listed by the Nassau County Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association as part of their Lawyer Referral Information Service.

Mr. Bhatti’s philosophy of “treating each client like our only client” has served his practice well. His commitment to his client’s and dedication to the profession is apparent. His clients are repeat customers and refer their family and friends to his office. In addition to satisfied clients, Mr. Bhatt also serves as counsel to a number of other law firms.

Currently, he is focusing his passion for justice by helping federal employees fight for their rights. He is working closely with a number of non-profit labor associations to provide quality legal services to federal employee at reasonable prices.

Mr. Bhatti speaks a number of languages including Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
